A New Production line for Construction Support Device

Since the Coronavirus outbreak in 2020, our factory has been under great pressure. After multiple inspection and verification, in response to national policies to speed up industrial upgrading and enterprise transformation, our factory has built a new production line with an annual output of 20,000 tons of support devices in 2020, mainly suitable for new buildings and other fields. The support device improves the original product process. The new support device is easy to operate, but  greatly reduces the construction cost.The demand for such products is large and the prospect is broad.

The construction of the project is in line with the orientation of the development of the consumable steel industry. The new type of shear wall formwork support system greatly improves the production efficiency and quality of products, saves labor costs and improves the market share. After the completion of the project, it is expected to increase 15 jobs, increase the annual sales revenue of more than 50 million yuan, increase the annual profits and taxes of more than 5 million yuan. It will make contribution to the economic development of Leting County and Tangshan city.
